Submit details on the property you’d like to guarantee. Our analysts will form an offer based on our data, market data, and your projections.

If you’re in agreement with the numbers, you can then present the offer to the property owner.

Once the owner is on board, you operate as usual. We pay the owner directly while you intercept the monthly rental revenue. Simply keep your commission and send us the rest.

Why use fixed rental income contracts?

Providing fixed rental income payments to an owner is the ultimate signal of a managers confidence in their abilities. It’s also an effective way for a manager to get first-time rental owners to add a property to their rental program.

Why wouldn’t a manager do it themselves?
