Sanders was using seasonal plus holiday pricing models but was interested in implementing dynamic pricing. With very upscale homes they wanted to ensure year over year increases in ADR for their owners. The primary focus was to explore the benefits of dynamic pricing and driving incremental revenue during the off-peak and shoulder seasons.
